With the mind of an entrepreneur and a heart for innovation and giving, Karee has grown Studio Brand Collective from her second bedroom to an agency of 20+ employees with over 100 awards and accolades. A passionate and people-driven marketer, Karee is, quite simply, a producer.
She has helped develop and grow brands such as the University of Houston, United Against Human Trafficking, Houston Turkey Trot, and the Rice Alliance. Always on the forefront of innovating, Karee developed the P2P Marketing Platform and Benchmark that is used by marketers to create connected marketing experiences.
Her passion for entrepreneurship led her to start Brand Lab Houston, a community that helps women-led and founded start-ups and businesses, and she continues to give to her home country of Jamaica.
Ashley Nuchia has a knack for all things creative, you could really say it was, “love at first site.” She is constantly looking for the next big thing and following what’s trending. Her skills in art direction and graphic design can be seen across all media. Ashely holds a BA of fine arts from the University of Louisiana with a double concentration in graphic arts and printmaking. When Ashley isn’t working on her next big idea she can be found on her head in the yoga studio.
Radica has a love for problem-solving; taking things apart to learn how each element plays a core function on the overall end product. Her role as Director of Operations has allowed her to do just that on a macroscale. She began her career with Studio Brand Collective, where she was able to utilize her experience in process development, customer service, and project management. With over 10 years of experience in design marketing, Kathy Gonzalez-Rubio is dedicated to executing marketing strategies that build and strengthen brand awareness and profitability. These strategies include all aspects of design for branding, packaging, environmental, social media, email, inbound marketing, advertising, production, and web development. Native from Venezuela, Kathy earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Miami International University, and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Florida International University.
Nathan Smith is a native Houstonian with 15 years’ experience as a senior-level content creator and editor. An expert in daily, digital messaging, Nathan hopes to one day live forever inside the Matrix, where he will finally be able to slam-dunk. When he isn’t busy transforming how businesses present their core values to potential customers, Nathan plays drums in instrumental post-rock band Alone On The Moon and sweet-talks his partner Angel Marie into watching HBO original programming with him.
When it comes to design, Elizabeth Tenorio starts from a small-scale conception and develops it into something much larger. As the Associate Director of Brand Design, she assesses our client’s needs to create compelling graphics. Her work includes many aspects of our client’s projects, including logo design and development, brand identity, and illustrations. She creates and conceptualizes designs that are concerned with the visual aspects of a company or organization’s brand/identity. Along with her creativity and provided marketing strategy, she finds an innovative way to create and develop brand identities.
All things related to the publishing and advertising industry fascinate Stefanie Charles, a self-proclaimed publishing, branding, and marketing junkie. She is enamored with packaging, problem-solving, typography, creative design, and taking on a challenge. Her career brought her to Studio Brand Collective as their Associate Director of Accounts. Stefanie’s ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment allows her to showcase her creative skills in writing, graphic design, and styling, making her the perfect fit at Studio Brand Collective.
