By partnering with the Port of Galveston team, we walked them through our in-depth discovery and design process for updating a brand. During this process, we helped the team rediscover their unique attributes and what made them different. An updated mission, name and brand followed. We began with a strategic plan that would tell the story and crafted several messaging points that told the story of why the Port of Houston would be now the Galveston Wharves.
With a successful rebrand and name change, the Port of Houston was able to effectively rebrand the organization, placing more emphasis on their story and connecting the community of businesses with a reason “why”.
