Scope: Village Emergency Centers (VEC) is an incorporation of new and existing freestanding emergency rooms that needed a consistent brand across all locations. Studio Brand developed a brand package for the chain and created a marketing campaign to boost brand awareness of VEC, its capabilities, and its convenience.
We started with a logo and developed brand materials including signage, collateral, and a website, which became the heart of a digital campaign to drive business across multiple locations around Houston and Southeast Texas.
As a direct result of Studio Brand’s work on the new brand, all the diverse freestanding emergency rooms under the VEC name gained a unified identity. The patient reviews of the rooms became significantly more positive.
Studio Brand’s digital marketing campaigns directed new customers to the brand’s new website, where the content created by our agency helped to improve the average time spent by visitors on the site from the freestanding locations’ previous webpages. VEC’s goal of a complete brand launch was successfully accomplished.
